What happens if a necklace that is featured has been sold? and I really like it?  How can I get one?  Because each necklace is handcrafted, no two are exactly alike.  However, in some cases, we may be able to create a necklace that is similar in beads, color, and design that you might like even more than the one that's sold.  Just let us know (via e-mail)  the name of the necklace you'd like to purchase.  We can custom make you one.

How do I care for my necklace?  We recommend jewelry cleaner to remove tarnish and no harsh abrasives.  As the jewelry is handmade, it is extremely delicate so please use care.

Can I get matching earrings or bracelets?  We can probably accommodate most requests for matching earrings and/or bracelets.  Let us know if you would like to include them with your order.  Simply e-mail us at sales@gemcloud.com.

Do you accept custom orders?  We spend a lot of time crafting the jewelry pieces and may not be able to accommodate all requests for custom orders.  Please drop us a note regarding what you're interested in and we can discuss further.  There may be special rates for custom orders. 

Do you make your own dichroic and glass pendants?  No, we hand select each pendant from various glass artists to showcase on the web site.  

What are your shipping rates?  We charge a flat fee of $5.00 for shipping and handling for your total transaction.  It is not per item but per total purchase.

What is your return policy?  You must contact us at sales@gemcloud.com within ten days of your purchase receipt.  We will ask that the merchandise be mailed back (at your cost) for a full refund.  All sales are final after ten days.
