GemCloud exclusively uses a credit card or PayPal for payments on merchandise.

There is a $5.00 flat fee per shipping address.  Even you purchase one necklace or five necklaces, the shipping and handling fee is a single fee of $5.00.

There is a 10-day return policy (from the date of sales receipt).   For any reason, if you do not want the product, please contact us at sales@gemcloud.com within 10 days of your sales receipt for instructions on returns.  All sales are final after 10 days.   We will ask for you to ship the merchandise back for a full refund and we do not reimburse for shipping costs on returns.
